In one word, Mark LaGrande was AMAZING from start to finish! We chose Mark to represent us for both our sale and purchase. Throughout the entire process, Mark made himself available for any questions and responded immediately when asked to do anything. It was evident that Mark takes tremendous pride in what he does and that he truly cares about his customers and their happiness! Buying and selling a home is a scary process for anybody, but when you have someone like Mark LaGrande representing you, it makes the process so much easier because you know that you will be taken care of in all matters. Mark is a real estate expert! He guided me through the pre-sale preparation process (the important ingredient) and within 2 weeks of listing in December 2011, I had a successful negotiation with a qualified buyer.
