I have bought and sold multiple houses through Countywide Real Estate and I have had such great experiences that I will never use another company for my home purchasing or selling needs! Mark & Jenice are very responsive, extremely resourceful and they make every aspect of the process seamless, even the loan application process. They even assisted me with correcting a negative mark on my credit report to ensure the approval of my loan and I was able to purchase my dream home! You will not find a better team anywhere!!!

Mark helped us throughout the entire selling process of our home. He provided his expertise by offering tips on staging the house through choosing neutral paint colors, furniture that would be more appropriate for a room without making it look too busy, and moving furniture to allow for an easier, more open flow to the house. He was always available, no matter the time of day, to answer emails or phone calls. He listed our house very quickly and did a very impressive job in the layout of the photos for the house portfolio. Through Mark’s wide network, the number of people that looked at the house was more than I could have ever expected. He did a great job in the negotiations with the final buyer and ultimately made the closing an easy, effortless process. Mark is very easy-going and his warm personality will make your house selling or buying an enjoyable process.

We bought and sold a home in January 2011 using Mark as our Real Estate agent for both properties. Mark was very knowledgeable about all the nuances of the areas we were consider (such as school systems, access to services and amenities, etc.) and was very informed regarding pricing and the various neighborhoods and how to effectively negotiate pricing for our purchase and sale. Given the state of the real estate market, not surprisingly both our purchase and sales had bumps in the road and were frustrating at times, but Mark kept a positive attitude throughout and helped us focus and stay grounded. Mark was also very hands-on and was willing to answer my calls and plethora of questions throughout the process. In the end, we bought an amazing home at a great price in a neighborhood & school system we wanted (which was the key reason why we wanted to move) and we locked in at a ridiculously low mortgage rate. We also sold our house at a great price as well, especially considering the 2011 market conditions. Mark also helped us find a superb contractor (which was becoming difficult at the time) who we hired to spruce up the old house, before putting it on the market. Mark also put us in touch with a few home inspectors and a wonderful real estate attorney that we used for our transactions who were also top-notch. Clearly, Mark has great contacts with quality service providers necessary in the real estate purchase and sale process. We had a great experience with Mark, and we would recommend him to any of our friends and family in the future that decide to purchase or sell a home.

This is the second time I have dealt with Mark LaGrande. The first time I was the buyer and the second time I was the seller. Both times the transactions went very smoothly. Mark and the entire staff at Countywide Real Estate, Inc. are extremely very knowledgeable and professional. They answered all my questions and concerns and were always available to take my call or answer a text message.
